As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to help people find the perfect rental property for their needs and assist with all aspects of the process, from identifying available properties to negotiating leases. See The Breakdown:

Onboarding and Feesbr

• $100/monthly or $1000/annually

Commission Splits

• 90/10 split on self-produced leads, Agent's Advantage
• 60/40 split for all broker generated leads, Agent's Advantage
• All Agents Cap at $10,000 in splits; after, Agent's get 100%
• $45 transaction fee thereafter; restarts Jan 1st of the new year

Accounting Department

• In-house accounting team
• Invoicing and Collections of commissions owed
• Simple Agent commission payouts.

Technology

• Lead funnel created for all agents
• User-friendly CRM, training videos included.

Broker Access

• Direct access to Broker via Agency's communication app.
• You'll have access to our virtual assistant team to add to your process.
